This notice explains how KGCleanCo uses the details you give us through this website, by phone or on WhatsApp.

What we collect

Your name, mobile number, postcode, the type of clean you want, your property size and the price you were quoted. If you message us, we also keep that conversation.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, arrange and carry out your clean, take payment and deal with any follow-up. We rely on taking steps to enter into a contract with you, and on our legitimate interest in running the business.

Who sees it

Only the KGCleanCo team. Our website form is processed by our hosting provider, Netlify. We never sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Customer and payment records are kept for six years, as required for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or object to how we use them. Contact us using the details on our homepage. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
