What's the difference between a regular and a deep clean?
A deep clean covers everything in a regular clean, plus limescale, grout and sealant, skirting boards, doors, switches, inside the microwave, windowsills and high-level dusting. The full list is above.
How long does a deep clean take?
It depends on the size and condition of the property. We'll tell you how long to expect when we confirm your booking.
Do I need to be at home?
No. Many customers leave a key or a door code. We'll agree how we get in when we confirm your booking.
Do you bring products and equipment?
Yes. We bring everything we need, including products, cloths, a hoover and a mop. If you'd like us to use your own products, just tell us.
What if I'm not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours, with a photo if you can, and we'll come back to put it right at no extra cost.
How do I pay?
