FAQs
End of tenancy cleaning questions
Can't see yours? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll answer the same day.
Will an end of tenancy clean help me get my deposit back?
We clean to the standard letting agents check against, including inside the oven, fridge and cupboards. If the agent flags something on our checklist, tell us and we'll come back for it.
Does the property need to be empty?
It's best if it is. Cleaning around furniture and boxes means some areas can't be reached properly.
Do I need to be there?
No. You can leave the keys with us or arrange access through your landlord or agent. We'll agree it when we confirm your booking.
Do you bring products and equipment?
Yes. We bring everything we need, including products, cloths, a hoover and a mop. If you'd like us to use your own products, just tell us.
What if I'm not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours, with a photo if you can, and we'll come back to put it right at no extra cost.

Can I move or cancel a booking?
